Red Bud Lane Phases 1 & 2- 2005

Mr. Waeltz was the Project Manager and Engineer of Record for the preparation of construction documents for this project. The scope of this project included preliminary design, final design, bidding, & construction administration services. The project consisted of the reconstruction of approximately 11000 l.f. of existing county road. The improvements included widening the existing road to a 3 lane section with a continuous left turn and two major intersections, traffic control plan. This project was completed while Mr. Waeltz was an employee of Baker – Aicklen & Assoc., Inc.

Arterial “T” Road Project - 2007 ($1.0 M +/-)

This project consisted of the first phase of Arterial “T”, also known as Seton Parkway.  Included with the road project was the extension of a 16” water line.  This was the first phase of the water lines within the Avery Centre Development. This 16” waterline was also instrumental for the completion of the public water line loop serving the Seton Medical Center Williamson site. The water line design included the calculations for water line restraints, air release valves, concrete retards, and valving for the existing and future conditions.  Additionally, the roadway design included the grading and drainage designs that encompassed box culverts.  The scope of work included design, bidding, and construction administration services.  Mr. Prete was the Project Manager and Engineer of Record.

Red Bud Lane Phase 4- 2009

This project is currently under design and includes design, bidding and construction administration services.  This project will widen a section of Red Bud Lane from its current 3 lane configuration to a 4 lane divided major arterial. This project also include the replacement of approximately 1000 l.f. of existing wood privacy fence along the edge of the right-of-way with a architectural masonry fence.  This project is under design by Waeltz & Prete, Inc.

   

Historic Downtown Sidewalk & Street Improvements- 2001

This project consisted of the replacement of all sidewalks in the two block area of Downtown Round Rock from North Mays Street to Sheppard Street.  Also included was the replacement of curb & gutter, the installation of a storm sewer system and street reconstruction  This project was extremely complicated by the fact that it required that access to all local businesses comply with ADA guidelines  The project also included the replacement of the existing waterline between Lampasas Street and Sheppard Street.  Tony Prete was responsible for the project coordination, design and construction administration services.

   

Downtown Street Reconstruction, Phase I, G.O. Bond 2002

The project consisted of the reconstruction of Pecan Avenue, Circle Drive, Parkway Street and Nelson Avenue.  The project included the installation of curb & gutter, storm sewer, wastewater line replacement and & waterline relocation.  The project was completed on time, within budget and has made a remarkable difference in the general appearance of the neighborhood. .  Tony Prete was responsible for the project coordination, design and construction administration services.

  

County Road 175 Street and Drainage Improvements-2003

Mr. Waeltz was the Project Manager and Engineer of Record for the preparation of construction documents and construction administration for this project.  The scope of work for the project included design, bidding, and construction administration services.  The street design included the analysis of existing and future runoff patterns within the contributing drainage basin, preparation of a TCEQ Water Pollution Abatement Plan (WPAP), SWPPP, traffic control plans. This project was completed while Mr. Waeltz was an employee of Baker – Aicklen & Assoc., Inc.
