Though a new firm, Waeltz & Prete, brings a total combined 51 years
of experience in engineering and project management, the last 35 in
the central Texas area.  Project experience includes water and waste-
water improvements, roadway and street reconstruction, municipal
and county roadway and infrastructure improvements, municipal parks and trail systems, commercial and residential development, hydrology and hydraulics, floodplain/drainage studies, project management and construction administration services.

Personal attention is given to client relationships, project management, day to day operations, and design.  Both principals, Mr. Waeltz and
Mr. Prete, are licensed engineers in the state of Texas.  Although

Environmental and regulatory requirements continue to be a major concern and can greatly affect the timing and cost for all types of construction projects and developments.  To that end Waeltz & Prete continually strive to stay abreast of the ever changing permitting processes and regulations at the local, state and federal levels.
